In Memory of Sevan Muradian

He was an International Arbiter and International Organizer, Secretary of the FIDE Rules Commission and USCF Senior Tournament Director. He was on the board of the Susan Polgar Foundation and in 2007 Sevan won the USCF Organizer of the Year award. His death leaves us shocked and saddened.
