Justis Williams Featured in Commercial During Academy Awards
03.07.16 The 88th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, honored the best films of 2015 and took place on February 28, 2016, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California. What we thought was coolest about the whole event was the commercial featuring scholastic chess player Justis Williams. At the age of 16, Bronx teen Justus Williams became the youngest African American to achieve Master Status.
