MECA Executive Board Elections 2024 Official Ballot
12.08.2024 Attached is the Official Ballot for the Maine Chess Association Executive Board Elections 2024. Only MECA members in good standing are allowed to vote in this election. For your vote to be counted, it must be cast by 11:59 PM on December 31st, 2024. On this form, indicate your choices for the four Officer positions and four Director positions on the Maine Chess Association Executive Board. For your vote to be counted, it must be cast by 11:59 PM on December 31st, 2024. The newly elected board members who accept their positions will generally assume the responsibility of their roles of office on January 1st, but there will be a transition period as accounts are signed over and our new board is certified.
Included are the individuals who were nominated for the board positions, but the option to write in another candidate exists. Indicate any write-in votes in the 'Other' option given below the nominated candidates.
