The Alzheimer's Association, Maine Chapter, is partnering with The Park Danforth to pilot a new early-stage social engagement program focused on enjoying chess. The new club plans to host seven meetings in Portland this fall. |

The Maine Senior Chess Championship will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Bangor High School in Bangor, Maine. This event is open to players who will be 50 years old or older during calendar year 2023. The event will consist of four rounds of chess at a time control of G/60, d5. Round times are: 9:15, 11:30, 1:45. and 4:00. We hope to see you at the Maine Senior Chess Championship! |
