Presque Isle Library Joins National Oral History Project

03.13.23 The Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library is the only library in Maine chosen to participate in a national oral history study of community libraries. The project, led by Jennifer Arns a professor emerita at the University of South Carolina, explores how libraries enrich their communities and why patrons value the facilities in the digital age.
