10.07.22 The Maine Chess Association is making available 300 scholastic memberships in the United States Chess Federation for Maine scholastic players at the reduced rate of $9.00 for a full year's membership. This price represents an over 50% discount from the current rate.

Scholastic US Chess memberships can be purchased when scholastic players attend SGP tournaments. Coaches or players wishing to purchase memberships in advance of a tournament can do so at https://maine-chess-association.square.site/meca-membership . Once purchased, coaches or players will receive an email asking them to provide information to process the membership.

These memberships will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis so don't wait too long to register.
