07.19.22 Matthew Fishbein, Max Berube, Wyatt Hendrix, Gabe Eaton, Aaron Spencer and Will Ravn traveled to Belgrade, Maine over Juneteenth weekend to play the second Roger J. They warmed up with a double round of blitz at G/3;+2 and a single round of rapid at G/10;+5, both won by Fishbein with a total of 13/15 before settling in to play a hard-fought FIDE rated 40/90, SD/40;+30 for the title.

Thanks to Alex Relyea and Wyatt Hendrix for contributing to this report.

FIDE Ratings Report for this event
Games from this event annotated by the tournament winner Wyatt Hendrix.
The tournament was won by Wyatt Hendrix with 4.5 of 5.
All fifteen games are attached here, though with most of the committee playing, it is unlikely that any will be submitted for the Cunningham Prize. The blitz and rapid games were not preserved. The US Chess crosstable is here with the FIDE table to follow.
Alex Relyea was tournament director and very special thanks to Kate Ervin for lending us her beautiful house on Great Pond for the tournament site.

Comments
I did just want to clarify that the Roger J Morin memorial fundraising tournament that gets held at UMO annually by MECA is still happening this year. This invitational tournament just happens to have a similar name.
Thanks!
