*Watch Tonight!* Maine vs Pennsylvania in the First Match of the States Cup
09.08.20 Maine is fielding four players in an online match with Pennsylvania scheduled for tonight (Tuesday, September 8th at 7:00 p.m. eastern.) This match is part of the States Cup, and online tournament organized by Saumik Narayanan. The Maine match will be commented on by our very own Michael Dudley and Bill Hartt. General Rules for the States Cup Match
Four players per side, with an average rating under 2200.
Team captains are allowed to rotate their lineups from week to week, though players may only play for their home state.
Each state will play one match a week, with the league starting in early August.
Similar to the Pro Chess League, each player will play four games of 15+2 per match, one against each opponent.
