ChessMaine: September Houlton Open Tournament Report

10.13.15 The Art Studio in Houlton hosted a ten-player tournament on September 19th. A three-way tie for first ensued between Roger Morin, Leonardo Cui (who proved that his first USCF rating of 1823 in July was not a fluke) and Ray Haines all who scored 2.5 points in three rounds. We bring you the illustrated tournament report with USCF crosstables.
