It's Official! MACC First in Small State Affiliate Standings
03.12.15 Each year the United States Chess Federation recognizes member affiliates in the following categories: Overall, Small State, and Individual Member. We are proud to announce that for the 2014 USCF Membership Appreciation Program the Maine Association of Chess Coaches (MACC), the organization that organizes and directs the state scholastic championships, has earned the top spot for generating new USCF memberships in the small state affiliate category. In addition, two other Maine affiliates: All Saints Catholic School and Airline Community School were also in the top ten.
Congratulation to Maine players, organizers, directors, parents, and volunteers for earning three spots in the top ten for the USCF Membership Appreciation Program.
