12.21.14 Matthew Fishbein and Phil Lowell had an opportunity to play each other in a USCF-rated game at the Cheverus High School Quad tournament in Portland on December 13, 2014. This was the first encounter between these two players that resulted in a win for the apprentice--USCF-rated 2164 Matthew Fishbein. We bring you the game with annotations by Phil Lowell.
