A Correspondence Game from the 2013 Maine Chess Player of the Year
12.13.12 Roger Morin's correspondence victory over the 1983 Mississippi State over-the-board champion was featured in Alex Dunne's The Check is in the Mail article in the August 1984 edition of Chess Life. Morin was, at the time, Maine's only USCF postal master. The game is an exciting struggle and a fitting tribute to our current Player of the Year.
