ChessMaine: Presque Isle Junior Tournament Report

12.02.12 On November 10th, nine players gathered in Presque Isle for a chess tournament in which five of the players were new USCF members. Rudy Hoffert, who played in his first event since the early 1990's, went 4-0 to take first place. Lois Morin and Rick Perry tied for 2nd-3rd with 3.0 points.
