5th Houlton Open Tournament Report
10.24.10 Todd Snyder came from behind to win the 5th Houlton Open in the final round with a defeat over Roger Peterson. Peterson had a perfect 3.0 points in three games going into the fourth round when, after an up-and-down battle, Snyder came out on top. The tournament, a small but strong event with an average rating of USCF 1756, was played at the Morin Art Studio in Houlton on October 16th, 2010.

Following Todd Snyder in the crosstable were Roger Morin who tied for second with Roger Peterson each scoring 3.0 points. Ray Haines took fourth place with 2.5 points. Lance Beloungie finished fifth with 2.0 points and Glenn Snyder and Roger Hardison rounded out the field with a point apiece.
