Steve Morgan Elected to CCLA Board of Directors
11.23.09 Maine chess expert and coach Steve Morgan was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Correspondence Chess League of America. CCLA is a non-profit organization that has been conducting postal chess tournaments since 1897, as CCLA since 1909. Congratulations Steve!

Congratulations and good luck! Your name has come up several times while talking with my brother, Eddie. Ahhh good ole SPHS with Mr D's chess team. Now I'm gonna let him know this and maybe somehow after 30 yrs you and him can have a game or two - blitz mail version since he still lives in SP and I think you are in Westbrook.
