Aurora Winter Solstice Tournament *Reminder*
12.11.08 The Fourth Annual Aurora Winter Solstice Tournament is scheduled to take place this Saturday, December 13th at the Airline Community School in Aurora, Maine. There will be four sections (U600/Unrated, U1000, U1400 and Open) with prizes in each including wooden chess pieces to the winners of the lower sections and cash prizes in the Open. The tournament will take place as scheduled. The power is on and as of 6:00 p.m. on Friday high temps have melted all snow and ice.
