ChessMaine: Help Send Maine Girls Champion to National Girls Championship

07.09.08 This year's Maine Girls Champion, Sorel Edes of Orono, needs our help to get to the Susan Polgar National Invitational (SPNI) for Girls in Lubbock, Texas. The SPNI selects one girl from each state to compete in the most prestigious all-girls event in the United States, July 27 - August 1. This is quite and honor but expenses are high and the Maine Girls Champion needs our help.

Donors who contribute $35 or more will receive the ChessMaine Travel Mug but no contribution is too small. Thank you for considering supporting Sorel and Chess in Maine.
