09.30.06 The Fall Chess Challenge, a K-12 Chess Tournament, will take place on Saturday, October 14th at the Cape Elizabeth Pond Cove School Cafetorium. This is the first in a series of chess tournaments hosted by the Cape Elizabeth Chess Boosters and Cape Elizabeth Community Services. The tournament will be a round robin event with trophies to all participants.

Entry fee: $10 in advance by Wed. 10/11
$15 after 10/11 or on site

USCF-rated & non-rated sections ’Ä¢ Groupings by age & ability into quads (4 player groups)
3 round robin games ’Äì Time Control Game in 40 ’Ä¢ Trophies to all participants
First Game Starts 9:30am ’Ä¢ Tournament Ends Approx. 2:00pm
USCF membership req’Äôd for rated play, available on-site
