d. TLA announcing All Girls needs to be fixed.
No “All Girls” mentioned. Check with Dan.
e. No action on postcard announcements.
f. Dan will also coordinate with Ron on more press outlets.
g. Andy will order through NE Trophy again increasing sizes marginally. Next year we will consider moving Top Girl trophies to All Girl Championship Tournament.
2. Other
Business.
a. If a scholastic coach has their TD
certificate, MACC would like to encourage them to have rated tournaments and
MACC would not mind allowing the use of the MACC affiliate to encourage this.
b. MACC does not mind trying to coordinate
activities with MECA. At this time MACC is pleased with its present standing.
There will be a coaches' meeting at the start of Round Two. Coaches will be
encouraged to bring substantive ideas to fall and winter meetings.
c. Dan suggested that coaches immediately
report to TD when arriving and then settling their payments with Tournament
Leaders after confirming registrations. We felt this could work and will try to
implement this on March 5. Kurt will have signs that will help point people in
the right direction and TL's will instruct and assist coaches in reporting to
their respective tournament director.
3. Adjourned
Respectively submitted,
Andy Bryan
